We do have financing available for homes selling in the park. The loans are through nation-wide banks and the loan processing is done with the help of a mortgage broker. The process is simple and quick. The banks require a credit score of 660 or above, a good debt to income ratio, proof of income and typically 5% to 20% down.

Loan applications are available by email, fax or mail. Preliminary approval is usually available 48 hours after submitting a loan application and loans usually close in approximately 30 days.
